The LaPorte County Sheriff's Department takes great pride in their range facility.
All members of the Sheriff's Department are required to qualify with their firearm 6 times per year.
The range is open once a month for the Merit Deputies, Jail Officers, Reserves, Posse, and Lake Patrol. Our range is also used for advanced training and by the FBI and other agencies and tactical teams.
