PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER

The Public Information Officer (PIO) coordinates with members of the news media and Sheriff’s Office for newsworthy events. The PIO provides timely, accurate, and informative news releases to authorized media representatives. All news releases are issued in accordance with the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office rules and guidelines.
